    Great to business

Posted by Kevin Claus on Jan 25th 2021

Let's start there communication with me was fantastic. They sent one SD card didn't work. After emailing them the sent me another one with no charge or hassle. I offered to send the broken SD card back told me don't bother its no good. I got second one and it works perfectly. Easy to set up on my GPS. Please to do business with them

    Good price

Seemed to work OK. Really wish it showed the names of the streets/routes that the trails cross. Liked the idea that you can still use the find for gas/food, etc. Does "talk" to you, but it hard to hear while you are riding. Tech support was good, very friendly.

    Makes Riding Easy

Posted by Mike Losh on Nov 15th 2020

I got back into snowmobiling at 65 years old and ride alone most of the time. I went to the Tug Hill region for the first time and got confused and ended up riding close to where I parked, very boring. I tried using my phone and that helped some but left a lot to be desired so I bought a Garmin 680T and bought the Trailmasters NY map and since day one I do 100 to 200 mile days with confidence that I will always get back. I've been using it now for three years and it has worked flawless. And I have no problem using Garmin's Basecamp to download the map and keep it updated and I'am no computer guy. Also you can buy the map on a SD card for a plug and play install and to save memory on your unit. Best money I spent on snowmobiling period!

    Complicated system

Posted by Unknown on Sep 3rd 2020

I purchased the mapping on a micro SD card for install on my navigation unit. Install was not user friendly and you have to be Very Tech Savy, for full install and functionality. After several calls to Trail masters, i was even more frustrated from the poor customer service. customer service is not designed for the non Tech Savy end user. Until the system becomes very user friendly, for the non tech savy user i would not recommend this product.

It works well, support is great and you can send in your breadcrumbs to make the trail map better. You can't asks for more... Thank you for a great product.

Tough to get lost with this!

Posted by Rob on Mar 12th 2019

There's nothing like the feeling of not knowing where you are. I installed an app and this map on my phone and without cell service, I can see and know exactly where I am. Amazing and wonderful! I have found some trails that aren't shown on the existing map, and have recorded them as I rode. There are a couple more I'm aware of that I plan to record and submit to be added to the map available to the public. My only small frustration is that sometimes a trail is closed and it still shows up on the map, but nothing is 100% perfect, so no complaint.

best thing ever for trail riding

Posted by DENNIS K PETRUS on Mar 11th 2019

I have only used it on one ride so far but I was very impressed. you are able to get in a much longer ride in a shorter period of time because you don't have to be stopping to look at your map and try to figure out what intersection you are at. I highly recommend this for any snowmobiler that enjoys longer rides out of there local area !!
