My experience with the staff of GPS Trailmaster has outstanding. What may be a small thing with their products can seem like a big thing to me and others. With only a basic understanding of their software and updates needs they walk through it very quickly and politely. I really depend on their products on the trails and can go anywhere with piece of mind. Specially the assistance of Elizabeth in the couple of issues I've had. worked great easy to install, really good customer service, used it this week on the sunrise trail and some connector trails, all the trails were on there and it was very accurate...i would def recommend this product
